Project Description:
Located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley British Columbia, Pixton Estate is one of the largest residential builds, subject to a lot of groundwater but using the combination of Sofix CCC700 & PaviX CCC100 will protect from this issue for a long time.
The shire size of this Estate needed its own fire suppression system, a tank to hold 2500 gallons, as the local system could not provide enough water in the event of fire. The tank was simply poured in place, treated with our SofiX CCC700 specially designed to hold back standing water, then treated the outside of the tank with Pavix CCC100 to ensure a clean wrapped envelope.
