ICC Canada project Skogies Auto Spa photo

Date: October 2018

Product: Pavix CCC100

Owner: Chris Skogland

Products: Pavix CCC100

Project Description:

Skogies is the perfect place for PaviX CCC100 because the amount of water an auto spa uses. Outside their shop front is exposed to not only the elements but salt and food & beverage spills. With a single application of PaviX we can reduce Ice bond to the concrete and mitigate any potential slip and fall liabilities.

With Skogies not only being an Auto spa, they have a gas bar too. As you can imagine oil & grease stains being a constant, these stains are an eye sore. With rain cycles the Hydrophilic and Hygroscopic crystals will work together and push any dirt, oil and grease out.

ICC Canada project Pixton Estate & Private Residence photo

Date: March 2017

Product: Sofix CCC700

Owner: Private Residence/Unknown

Products: Pavix CCC100 & Sofix CCC700

Project Description:

Located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley British Columbia, Pixton Estate is one of the largest residential builds, subject to a lot of groundwater but using the combination of Sofix CCC700 & PaviX CCC100 will protect from this issue for a long time.

The shire size of this Estate needed its own fire suppression system, a tank to hold 2500 gallons, as the local system could not provide enough water in the event of fire. The tank was simply poured in place, treated with our SofiX CCC700 specially designed to hold back standing water, then treated the outside of the tank with Pavix CCC100 to ensure a clean wrapped envelope.
